The numbers are 8&4.I thought it was 6 and 6 but the differrence is not 4. Theres a 4 digit difference between 8 and 4, and the sum is 12

Eight and four.

Eight plus four equals twelve.
Eight minus four equals four.

Simple as that.

12-8=4
12-4=8
8-4=4

We guessed and checked!!!

4 & 8
If you subtract four from eight you get four. If you add four and eight you get twelve.

Well i took the numbers eight and four since those first numbers that popped into my head. Then i subtracted both numbers from each other. The last thing i did was subtract both numbers from 12.

4and 8 because their is a difference of four between the two and they equal 12 i used the geuss and check method

*12-8 would be equal to 4
*4+8 would be equal to 12
*8-4 would be equal to 4

This is the rest of our comment!!!

The answer is 8 & 4 Because 12-8=4 and 12-4=8 then 8-4=4.The sum is 12and 8+4=12.Theres also a four digit difference between 8 & 4.
We also used guesss and check method!

First I took and made an equation, X + Y=12. Then I took the first 2 numbers that had a difference of four. After I found that the first 2 numbers with a difference was 4 and 8 I filledd them in for the variables. 8 + 4=12 and saw that the statement was true. Infering that 4 and 8 are my answers.

the awnser is 4&8 because 4 plus 8 is 12 and 8 minus 4 is 4.

12-8=4
12-4=8
8-4=4

I subtracted numbers that equaled four when ther're put together and ended up with 4 and 8.

The 2 numbers are 8&4.The sum of the 2 numbers is 12.When you subtract 8&4 the differnce is 4. So the 2 numbers would have to be 8&4.

The answer is 4&8,because if you add 4+8=12 and if you subtract 8-4=4 which is a differrence of 4.

The numbers are 8 & 4.
Here's how we found it out:
8+4=12.
And...
8-4=4.
So there's the answer to the problem.

4 and 8
If you subtract four and eight you get four. If you add the numbers 8 and 4 you get 12! :-)

12-8=4
12-4=8
8-4=4

I took four away from twelve making eight. Then divided eight by two makinng four. Then add the four you took away from twelve and you wounld get the two numders being eight and four. So it wounld be eight pius four to get twelve.

eight and four are the answers.
8-4=4
8+4=12

1st I used the variables x&y

2nd I thought of what numbers fit the description of the question

3rd 8 and 4 came to mind and I plugged them in

They were right
