The childs tickets are $5 and the seniors tickets are $10.You can tell this because looking at the the 3 seniors tickets and 9 childrens tickets bought lets plug it in.

3X+9X=$75

3*10+9*5=$75

30+45=75

Theirs your answer.

We got that kids tickets cost 7 dollars and senior citizens cost 4 dollars. We found this out by guessing and checking.

3*4=12
9*7=63
63+12=75

8*4=32
5*7=35
32+35=67

day1
9+3=12tickets for $75
4*3=12
7*9=63
63+12=75

so kids tickets are $7 and seniors are $4. I guessed and checked to get the answer.

Kids are 4 and Seniors are 7. I guessed and checked.

Okay, so here's our answer:
First, we set up an equation like this:
3x + 9y = 75.
Then we guessed&checked and ended up with this equation:
3(4) + 9(7) = 75.
12 + 63 = 75.
75 = 75.

And for the next problem we did the same thing. We plugged in the answers from the first problem and it worked out evenly. There you go! (:

Ignor my last answer I was wrong.

The answer is child:7 and Senior:12 cause when u times 7 by 9 and 3 times 4 then u add them together and get 75.

When u times 7 by 5 and 8 by 4 then add them together then u get 67.

Children=7 Seniors=4
9c+3s=75
9(7)+3(4)=75

5c+8s=67
5(7)+8(4)=67

The correct answer is child $7 and seniors $4, and I just used the check and guess method.

We forgot to say that...
Seniors are $4 and Kids are $7!

Kids=$7, $7*9=$63 and $7*5=$35
Problem 1 Problem 2

Seniors=$4, $4*3=$12 and $4*8 $32
Problem 1 Problem 2

I plugged in different numbers until I came up with the right answer(guess and check).

I found this out using guess and check.
Senior Citizen's: $4.00
Kid's: $7.00

3x+9x=$75
3($4)+9($7)=$75

8x+5x=$67
8($4)+5($7)=$67

I got the kids tickets are 10$ and seniors tickets are 5$. I set it up as a equation 3x+9x=75.Then used the guess and check method on it.Out of that I got 3(10)+9(5)=75 and if worked out you get 30+45=75.

kids-$7
seniors-$4
7*9=63
3*4=12
63+12=75
Then for the next prblem I multiplied the kids tickets by seven and the seniors by 4. It worked out right just like the first one.

The answer is that the senior tickets were 4$ and the kids were 7$
How i came up with this is guess and check. See my 1st answer was that the kids tickets was 6$ and the seniors was 7$. Then when I plugged that answer into the 2nd equation it was wrong. So my guess changed.
